Within 30 days of delivery of your order, you may return any unopened merchandise (still in its plastic wrap) for exchange or refund. Outside Music will also replace any defective or damaged items with a new copy of that item or issue a refund for that merchandise.
To get an exchange, refund, or replacement, send an email to email@example.com with your original order details, and specify whether it is for exchange, refund or replacement. If you are exchanging it, please specify the new item (please include the Product Name and SKU # as they appear on the site). Then simply re-pack the item, and mail it via Canada Post back to:

We will notify you via email once we have processed the exchange, refund or replacement.
Currently, Outside Music is unable to accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
